Florence's passion first began in Nice, France as a child, when she spent a week at the Patisserie Gioffredo learning the art of pastry. As Florence got older, her passion for pastry grew. No matter where life takes her, from Brazil to the United States, to Israel, Florence sticks to her French pastry roots. She is now a professional pastry chef working closely with her clients in order to provide unmatchable quality and taste. Florence has had features in publications such as the Jerusalem Post, Ynetnews, and Channel Two with Benny Ziffer!

She is available for custom orders and events. From a basket of fresh muffins for breakfast, to your upscale celebrations- Florence has you covered!

    

    Kashrut and Dietary Needs

Florence Annis Patisserie is a strictly Kosher kitchen but does not have a Kosher certification. Ingredients are OU, Mehadrin, and Bedatz. Florence Annis Patisserie is closed on Shabbat.

Special Events and catering can be done from an off-site kitchen with official Kosher certification if needed.
